Cubed Media Pty Ltd – Digital Media Screen (DMS) Service Agreement.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Cubed Media Pty Ltd (“Cubed Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and Australia Post (“Australia Post”).
This Agreement covers the Digital Media Screen (DMS) product provided by Cubed Media for use within Australia Post’s Licensed Post Offices (“Licensees”).
By using the Digital Media Screen, each Licensee acknowledges and agrees to the service terms described in this Agreement.
1. Support Commitments
Response Time
Cubed Media will respond to support requests within 48 business hours of receipt.Support Channels
Support is available via:Email (support contact details provided to Licensees), or
Ticket submission through the DMS dashboard.
Scope of Support
Support applies to the Digital Media Screen hardware and software supplied by Cubed Media.Excluded: Support does not extend to connected or third-party devices (e.g., internet routers, external media players, or content sources not provided by Cubed Media).
Hardware Replacement
In the event of confirmed hardware failure (excluding misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications), Cubed Media will provide a swap-in replacement unit to the Licensee.
2. Licensee Responsibilities
To ensure timely support and minimise downtime, each Licensee agrees to:
Provide accurate details when submitting support requests.
Provide a Full HD (1080p) display
Maintain reliable internet connectivity (where applicable).
Ensure that only authorised personnel install, configure, or move the equipment.
3. Exclusions
This Agreement does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or environmental conditions (e.g., power surges, liquid damage).
Loss or corruption of Licensee-provided content.
Issues caused by third-party software or hardware not supplied by Cubed Media.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Cubed Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Digital Media Screen.
Cubed Media’s liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the cost of the affected unit, at our sole discretion.
5. General
This Agreement is between Cubed Media Pty Ltd and Australia Post, with Licensees as the end-users of the Digital Media Screen.
This Agreement operates in conjunction with any separate commercial arrangements between Cubed Media and Australia Post.
Cubed Media may update this Service Agreement from time to time. The most recent version will always be published at cubed.marketing.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
